The Kindness of Rio Verde Customers Hi, I’m Warren Raisanen.  In my old company between 1994 and 1998 I painted over 200 homes in Rio Verde which was the only place I worked during that time period. In 1996 my wife Brita and I had a young family of six children and we were purchasing our own home.  Of course, we were very excited! I let my customer whose home I was painting in Rio Verde know about it and the fact that I needed to get the rest of the down payment together by a certain time. Within a week I had three people contact me about painting their homes… all three new customers paid in full for their jobs immediately.  You can imagine how grateful I was at the kindness of those new customers and my old customers who obviously talked to them.  Instead of me stressing about getting the rest of the down payment together the kind people of Rio Verde made certain that Brita and I had that down payment (plus some) in plenty of time.  I have thought of the kindness of those people many, many times over the years.  It is a wonderful memory and I hope you think so too. In 1998 we expanded the company, renamed it and started doing remodeling as well as roofing.  I was no longer on the jobsite and for business reasons we stopped doing painting.  A residential repaint company in my opinion best serves it’s customers by being small with the owner(s) regularly on the jobsite.  Between 1998 and 2020 my old company did quite a few roofing jobs in Rio Verde and a few remodel jobs. In 2020 we sold the company and while I did a variety of things I also was kind of semi-retired… which does not sit well with me.  I like doing things and being active. Fast forward to today:  My son Emmett wants to get into business and I want to get back into business.  We want to keep it simple and small.  At this point we do not plan to hire any employees.  We want to do the work ourselves and we will be doing Painting and Roof Coatings.  The name of our new company is Peak Finishes. Emmett and I hope that you will consider us for your next painting job or for your roof coating.  We promise that we will take good care you as I always did because the story I told illustrates: If you take care of your customers, your customers will take care of you.
